About Me
My journey into wellness didn’t begin in a classroom — it began through lived experience.
Growing up in a world shaped largely by Western medicine, I witnessed firsthand how often true healing was missing from the conversation. Chronic pain, emotional stress, and mental health challenges touched my family and eventually my own life, leading me to seek a more compassionate, whole-body approach to health.
That search brought me back to the basics — nourishment, presence, and care. I learned early on that healing isn’t just about treating symptoms; it’s about how we live, move, eat, rest, and connect.
In my early adulthood, I began making small but meaningful shifts — choosing nourishing foods, moving my body with intention, and learning how movement and nourishment could support my hormones and overall well-being. It was through this process that wellness and massage naturally integrated , shaping the work I do today.
Massage became a pivotal part of my healing journey. It offered relief from chronic pain, supported my mental well-being, and reminded me how powerful safe, intentional touch can be. More than that, it revealed my natural desire to nurture and help others feel supported in their own bodies.
As life evolved and I embraced motherhood, my understanding of wellness deepened. Caring for others taught me that true wellness begins with tending to the whole person — physically, emotionally, and energetically. When I returned to my work, it felt natural to expand my education and approach, earning my certification in Integrative Nutrition to complement my hands-on therapy.
Today, my work blends massage therapy with holistic wellness principles to support the body as a whole. I believe healing happens when we slow down, listen to the body, and create space for restoration — not just on the massage table, but in everyday life.
Over time, I’ve come to understand that healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Some of the most meaningful restoration I’ve experienced has come through the people who’ve entered my life — through connection, shared presence, and a sense of heart and home. I bring that same warmth and intention into my work, creating a space where clients feel welcomed, supported, and truly cared for — not just physically, but as whole individuals.
Wellness, to me, is not a trend or a checklist — it’s a way of living. It’s a lifestyle best shared with those who feel called to walk a similar path, rooted in care, connection, and intention.
Wellness is the foundation of my life, my work, and the space I hold for others.
