Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee will be charged. 3. No-shows without any prior notice will result in the full-service fee being charged, and no refund will be issued. 4. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days from the cancellation date. 5. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
